Nathan Lockhart is a learning professional and certified executive coach with more than 25 years of experience. He has provided one-on-one coaching to executives on a range of topics related to leadership and communications. He has also delivered more than 750 workshops to organizations in the private and non-governmental sectors and to more than 65 federal departments, including all three central agencies.

 

A former employee of Health Canada and the Privy Council Office, Nathan’s knowledge spans a number of important disciplines including leadership competencies, strategic communications, negotiation and facilitation skills and issues management.

 

Nathan can break down complex information and tasks and communicate them in accessible, everyday language, using real-world examples that resonate with adult learners. He creates safer spaces where people can ask questions, seek help and make mistakes. He is a dynamic public speaker with a strong understanding of workplace challenges and demands facing today's professionals.

 

He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (Master of Arts in Political Science), Royal Roads University (Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching) and York University (Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development). He is a certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation.

MJ has 30 years of experience in the federal public service with 15 years as an executive.  MJ worked as an executive in several departments and various disciplines (strategic planning, governance, strategic policy, program development, change and risk management, audit and evaluation). She holds an executive certificate in public leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, an Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude, in interpersonal and organizational communication from the University of Ottawa. She is also certified in Emotional Intelligence 360 EQ-I 2.0, SCHOR360, and Leadership Circle Profile. She is a recipient of a Deputy Minister Award for People Management as well as Her Majesty the Queen's Jubilee Medal offered to the Branch.  

 

She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, ICF Québec, International Coaching Coalition and Institute of Coaching McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School

Having a ‘lived’ experience as an executive in the Public Service, she welcomes her clients wherever they are on their leadership journey, and she’s committed to supporting them in meeting their professional and personal goals. Using a growth mindset approach, she personalizes her coaching value proposition, recognizing that each client has a unique signature, strengths, and challenge.

Lori Sone-Cooper is an Executive Coach, HR Executive and Entrepreneur. For over twenty-five years, Lori has been coaching executives, leaders and high potential talent to assist them to eliminate barriers, provoke new ways of thinking, impart proven strategies and support them in achieving career inspiring success. Using a collaborative coaching model, she guides, encourages and supports individuals in their progressive movement towards their goals. 

She is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as recognized by the International Coaches Federation and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) as recognized by the Human Resources Professionals Association. Lori is certified in numerous leadership tools including the EQi-2.0, the EQ-360 and the Leadership Circle Profile.

Lori’s coaching is grounded in authenticity and based on her client’s agenda for growth and development.  Her mission is to co-create a safe space for leaders to become catalysts in their own lives and organizations, through the exploration and discovery of their unique passion, purpose and possibilities. The overarching desired outcome is to shift mindsets and generate extraordinary results.  Lori’s personal values of trust, integrity and transparency inform how she shows up as an Executive Coach and thinking partner.

Sally Lockhart has more than 35 years experience in the field of health promotion – particularly in the prevention of injuries. A social worker by training, she has developed and delivered child and youth injury prevention programs at the local, regional and national levels. Most recently, she has developed web-based child injury prevention resources for those working with families, and web-based sport-related concussion resources for those working with youth.  She has collaborated on the development of injury prevention curriculum resources – the Canadian Injury Prevention Curriculum and the Canadian (Seniors) Falls Prevention Curriculum.  She is a master trainer for both these curricula. 

Sally has a wealth of experience in proposal writing as well as liaising on projects between non-government organizations and federal or provincial government departments.  She has also provided strategic planning facilitation and advice for national injury prevention organizations.
